| MEN'S BREAKFAST -
Every second Saturday of the month. |
The men's breakfast is a monthly program where
men of the congregation come together to fellowship, have
a hardy great tasting breakfast, share information from
neighboring congregations and hear a lesson from God's
word.
The speaker at the Men's Breakfast is usually a member from a local
church of Christ congregation and usually lasts about 30
to 40 minutes.
The breakfast starts at 8:00am and is open to anyone who would like to
attend. Many men bring their son's with them.
There is plenty of seating and no one has ever gone home
hungry!
The breakfast is put on by the men of the Emporia Avenue congregation.
That means some get up very early to report to the church
kitchen and start preparing food for the breakfast.
The breakfast is FREE with a free will donation to cover the cost of
supplies.
If you are coming to the breakfast and have a large number men coming
with you, we would appreciate a little advance notice so
we can have plenty of food to go around. Please
contact the church office and tell us how many people will
